MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has seized an estimated ₱482 million worth of counterfeit branded clothing believed to be intended for sale during the upcoming holiday season.
Authorities said the items, which carried popular fashion labels, were discovered in a series of inspection operations targeting warehouses suspected of storing fake goods.
The BOC reiterated its warning against the sale and distribution of counterfeit products, emphasizing that such activities violate intellectual property laws and hurt legitimate businesses.
